2. Vestique

Vestique is located at 183 King Street.

When two college friends decided to follow their passion for fashion, the online store of Vestique was born. Over the years, they’ve expanded to numerous storefronts throughout the South including their lower King Street shop. Vestique offers a variety of youthful, southern-inspired clothing perfect for any event--day or night. They have a wide selection of tops, dresses, and pants all of which are on par with today’s style and trends. They also have a great selection of jewelry featuring chunky necklaces and statement rings. The range of fashion forward outfits and accessories makes Vestique the perfect store for any woman in Charleston.

3. Charleston Shoe Company

Charleston Shoe Company is located at 161 King Street.

Charleston Shoe Company is a fashion forward footwear store with a variety of shoes perfect for day-to-day activities. While spending her childhood summers in a small town in Mexico, creator Neely Powell met a shoemaker who designed shoes that were ideal for walking on the bumpy cobblestone streets. Here in Charleston, we have streets extremely similar to those that the shoe designer worked with. Powell decided that she would create shoes that were not only fashionable, but extremely comfortable as well. The shoes are designed in Charleston and then sent to be made in Mexico. They come in a variety of styles, heights, and colors. The best part—they’re machine washable! So no need to worry about where life may take you. Be sure to stop by and check out the color wheel of sandals in the window to help get some summer shoe inspiration!

4. E. Blackhurst

E. Blackhurst is located at 123 King Street.

Originally started in Texas, E. Blackhurst decided to open their first store front in our beloved Charleston this past fall. They have a wide variety of trendy yet simple clothing items ranging from shorts and dresses to tanks and sweaters. They also offer a selection of gifts such as candles, cards, and home goods. A store favorite are the slogan tees hanging in the front window. With reasonable prices and youthful styles, E.Blackhurst is sure to satisfy any fashion need.

5. The Impeccable Pig

The Impeccable Pig is located at 175 King Street.

The Impeccable Pig is a bright and fun boutique with a touch of Southern style. Walking in, you immediately get the sunny, summertime feeling that Charleston is known for. They have a large variety of shorts, dresses, and tops fit for a fashion-forward woman. Along with clothing, they have a gorgeous selection of statement earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and much more. Whether you need an outfit for the beach or a dress for a night out, The Impeccable Pig is a must during your shopping excursions.

6. Be The Change Boutique

Be The Change Boutique is located at 218 King Street.

Last but certainly not least is our neighboring shop, Be The Change Boutique. This second floor King Street shop partners with organizations that donate back locally or globally. Every item in the store has a mission, a purpose, is fair-trade, made in the USA or Artisan made. Their selection ranges from clothing and shoes, to jewelry and home goods. The best part is that while you’re buying yourself some goodies, you’re helping out numerous great causes. There’s nothing better than that!
